CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours prior to appointment time will incur a 30% cancellation fee or forfeit of the paid deposit (whichever is greater). First offense: fee/deposit can be used toward a future appointment; fee is forfeited for second offense & a 50% deposit may be required for future bookings. All no shows incur a 50% fee & banned from booking.
